- Under Single Mailing Report, the date and time next to the Sent field indicate the time stamp.
Time zones
Click the Opened metric in the Tracking Metric column in the Mailing Report tab. The times that are shown for the Last Action are in the time zone that is set for the username that is viewing the email.
Time-based data
Under the Single Mailing Report Summary, the data is sometimes displayed by the hour, date, or week. The rows of data generated for the Single Mailing Reports - Summary works on a set of logic that requires no more than 24 data points to exist. Therefore, the data can show a true hourly breakdown if an email has an activity for fewer than 24 hours.
As activity extends beyond 24 hours, the tabular data aggregate bi-hourly. So, it represents time as such: 10 AM-12 AM, 12 PM-2 PM, 2 PM-4 PM. This aggregation lasts through two days of activity. The process repeats for the third day. After that, the data start breaking down the activity into three-hour increments (e. g. 1 PM-4 PM, 4 PM-7 PM) so the number of data points does not exceed 24. The report starts producing a daily breakdown when an email has the activity to record (defined as opens/clicks) for more than 72 hours. The product was designed with this logic so the report can dynamically generate the most useful data set at the time of report creation.

Troubleshooting
Deleted contact showing on the report
If you have sent a mailing to a seed list, then any opens from a seed list contact will show as "deleted" in your single mailing report.
Most Clicked data missing
The Clickthrough Performance Report provides a visual overview of the click information for each tracked hyperlink. The links are highlighted and color-coded to indicate above and below-average performances and the most clicked link. In addition, the report generally provides a heat map showing the percentage of clickthroughs received by an email link.
The color code for the clicked link is as follows:
- The most Clicked link appears in orange.
- Above Average links appear in green.
- Below Average links appears in yellow.
In some cases, the Most Clicked area might not populate the clicks because the email can contain a responsive code for mobile, and the code might have the display set to hidden, which could be causing the issue. Verify the display attribute to view the Most Clicked information in the Clickthrough Performance Report.
Images not displayed in the Clickthrough Performance Report tab
Complete the following steps to resolve the issue:
- Exit the report and select the email again.
- The following message is displayed: Security Warning: Do you want to view only the webpage content that was delivered securely?
- Select No. The images would now display in the Clickthrough Performance Report.
The tracked hyperlink missing
The Clickthrough Performance Report provides a visual overview of the click information for each tracked hyperlink. The links are highlighted and color-coded to indicate above and below-average performances and the most clicked link. In addition, the report generally provides a heat map showing the percentage of clickthroughs received by an email link.
Sometimes, your sent emails may not display the tracked hyperlink in the Clickthrough Performance Report. For example, if you open your sent email might have external content that includes links but may not be tracked and listed in the Clickthrough Performance Report. This is because when you insert an external content block into an email template, a Track hyperlink checkbox must be selected to create tracked links from the scraped content. By default, the checkbox is selected. However, copying the template retains this setting in your new template.
