Follow these steps to compile a field usage report.
- Open your database and edit the field.
- Click Run Usage.
- Click Submit to run the Data Job.
- Click the Data Job ID to view Data Job Detail.
- Upon completion, click the Download link.
The CSV file presents several fields that contain data about all fields in the database. You can use Excel or spreadsheet software to filter the fields you need.
The available columns:
- Field Name
- Where Used
- Name
- Last Used/Modified
- Location
- Owner
