Visibility for reporting for web tracking or landing pages
Landing page and web tracking reporting are tied to the user permission, Landing Pages access. In order to allow or remove Landing Pages access, go to Settings > User Accounts > click the user account. Go to User Permissions > Landing Pages Access. Organization Admins with Landing Page Access unchecked are not able to access the reporting that is related to landing page sites in Reports > Reports (classic) > Report center.
Resolving web tracking numbers mismatched with the query
If you have visited a web page within the last 30 days Google Analytics lines up with the web tracking report, but you cannot build a query to market to these visitors.
Solution
When you build your behavior query on your database to show who has visited your web page, the URL must be entered manually. Upon entering your web page, make sure you include the closing slash.
Note: If you do not include the closing slash can dramatically affect your numbers.
Resolving web tracking scoring errors
If you encounter web tracking scoring errors this is likely due to the way you have your qualified domains set up in your web tracking and how you are linking to your site from your email.
Scoring does not read the visit. This is because scoring is looking for exactly what is listed in the web tracking settings. So a visit to domain.com, while it registers for web tracking purposes, will not trigger a score, because the scoring model is looking for a visit to www.domain.com.
The fix for this would be to either change or update the qualified domains or change the link itself.
