Subscriber report provides the number of contacts that have subscribed or unsubscribed from a list. That is, the contacts that are opted in or out of a database, query, or contact list, and the rate of these changes are based on the emails that are associated with each list.

Download a subscriber report

You can download the subscriber report in CSV Format.

1. In the Reports, open Subscriber.
2. Select the Shared or Private folder.
3. Select a report from the list. The Subscriber Report opens.
4. Click Download Data. The file is exported in CSV (comma-separated value) format.
