You can compare numeric field values in either the rule builder or classic rule builder, here's how:

1. Select your first numeric field.
2. Select the comparison operator such as equals, greater than, less than, etc. The value box appears.
3. Type a bracket.
4. Add a name to the field.
5. Close bracket.
