In this article, you'll find help on how to configure the Salesforce callout endpoint.

Note: Below you will find the updated Campaign URLs that are applicable to this task. See this link for more updated Campaign URLs. If you are one of our existing Salesforce integration customers, simply update your setting using the New URL equivalent. If you are a new Salesforce integration customer and need new configurations, please use the New URL while creating the settings in Salesforce.

Follow these steps to call out to the Acoustic web address by configuring the remote site settings.

Note: URLs are case-sensitive.

1. Go to Setup > Administration Setup > Security Controls > Remote Site Settings.
2. Click New Remote Site.
3. In the Remote Site Name field, enter Silverpop.
4. In the Remote Site URL field, enter https://[refer to the table for pod specific url]. For example, if your Campaign org is on Pod 8, then the complete URL will be https://api-campaign-ca-1.goacoustic.com  using the new goacoustic URL's.

5. Click Save & New.
6. In the Remote Site Name field, enter Engage.
7. In the Remote Site URL field, enter https://[your Acoustic campaign pod number].goacoustic.com. For example, if you use Pod 6, you would enter https://campaign-eu-1.goacoustic.com/

8. Click Save.
