Here is a list of reminders for the supported configurations in the Acoustic Campaign:
- You can have only one Acoustic Campaign database, per organization, enabled to sync with CRM. If QA, UAT, and the developer integration testing are needed open a support case that requests a Sandbox Organization to be provisioned and enabled for MS Dynamics CRM integration.
- Database requirements:
- Use a Regular or a Single Opt-in Acoustic Campaign database.
- The Acoustic Campaign database must be a Flexible database.
- Ensure to use only the supported MSCRM versions.
