The following items are known limitations when you integrate Microsoft Dynamics CRMi with Acoustic Campaign.

Account-Based marketing lists are not supported. | The integration supports the ability to use Lead and Contact based marketing lists in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, but does not support the ability to use Account-based lists. If the user attempts to send an email that uses an Account-based list, for example, if the Member Type = Account, an error message is displayed and the Account-based list is ignored. |
If the synchronizing lead is qualified and converted into a contact record or two synchronizing records are merged, then, a merge command is sent to Acoustic Campaign for the matching records via Scribe Online, and the marketing history is merged in Silverpop®. |
If, within CRM, a synchronizing Lead is qualified and converted into a Contact record or two synchronizing records are merged; then, a merge command is sent to Acoustic Campaign for the matching records through the Scribe Online and the marketing history are merged in Silverpop. The old lead or losing record is deleted. The deleted record is removed from any associated programs and contact lists. Even though the records are merged, the new contact or winning record is not added to the same contact lists and programs as the previous record. The known issue requires an Enhancement Request. |
