By using Scribe, you can sync your data between the CRM and Acoustic Campaign.
- Microsoft™ Dynamics CRM connector is installed from the Scribe Online Marketplace.
- Scribe Online Agent (Cloud or On-Premise) is provisioned.
- Provision a Cloud agent if both databases are online or cloud applications. If you are connecting to an on-premise CRM provision an on-premise agent.
- IFD Environment is successfully tested to work with both Cloud and On-Premise Agents.
- Set the Connection Name to something easily identifying the CRM environment.
- Select the type of CRM deployment.

- Enter the CRM URL or address that is used to access the CRM environment.
- Enter the User ID, which is the CRM Admin user account that is used to connect CRM. This account must be able to create leads and contacts via the CRM web service.
- Enter the Password for the CRM user.
- Enter the case-sensitive CRM Organization Name.
- Select the Cloud or On-Premise agent that is used to synchronize the records.
