v.0.9.9.4
Released: May 26, 2016
- Added: The ability to send an Acoustic Campaign email from a workflow. A user can set up a definition for an email as part of a workflow, so that an email can be sent out as a step in a MS CRM workflow.
- Added: Support for MS CRM version 2016.
- Improved: The branding from 'Silverpop Engage®' to 'Acoustic Campaign.
- Fixed: Contact Insight now loads and checks roles for user's business unit only.
v.0.9.9.2
Developed: Nov 25, 2015
Tested and Released: Jan 22, 2016
- Added: Campaign Sync functionality to prepare leads and contacts for the selected campaign in two custom entities, Silverpop® Engage and Silverpop Engage Member. Functionality retrieves lead and contact in batches (1000 by default) and stores in custom entities in a user-friendly format. Records that have selected Sync to Silverpop check box and haveSilverpop ID are retrieved. Sync Campaign on Campaign entity creates a record with campaign information in Silverpop Campaign custom entity. Then it retrieves all members from static marketing lists attached to the selected Campaign and stores them in Silverpop Campaign Member custom entity and links them to the parent Silverpop Engage entity.
- Fixed: Non-guided access token was treated as an invalid token.
- Fixed: Issue 'Object doesn't support property or method 'callback'' for Send Mail module.
- Fixed: Plugin that communicates with Engage was ignoring invalid certificate for HTTPS connections.
- Fixed: Plugin was not retrieving token from local storage properly, which caused sending a request to Engage for a new access token.
- Fixed: Plugin was not retrieving unauthorized response if an invalid token was sent.
- Fixed: Problems with Cyrillic and Turkish characters while encoding.
- Updated: JQuery Core and JQuery UI are updated to 1.11.3 and 1.11.4 correspondingly.
- Changed: Errors from Image Generator module process now attach to Silverpop email entity as a note.
- Changed: ImageGenerator plugin is reworked. The main idea for a new approach is to use HTML code instead of pictures and show the HTML inside the iframe. Pictures and styles are downloaded locally and pasted in the HTML code. Scripts are removed. The third-party component, HtmlAgilityPack, is used to navigate over the HTML document. Another third-party component, HtmlRenderer, is removed from the project.
- Improved: Minor improvements for tracing process.
- Improved: New option 'Tracing' added to the general settings.
- Improved: Send process now retrieves recipients from the MS CRM that have Sync to Silverpop field set to yes only.
Note: The expected behavior is displayed only when you are sending Campaign Activity or Leads/Contacts directly and enabling the All records for the selected view) selected.
When you are sending Leads or Contacts with 1st or 2nd option selected (selected recipients or all recipients on the current list) the process sends all selected records regardless of Sync to Silverpop field value. Improved: Send Mail button now gets enabled/disabled based on the API call to MS CRM ('State', 'Status' and Sync to Silverpop fields might be deleted from forms).
- Improved: The key recipientID added for Contact Insight in case Contact or Lead is synchronized one way from Engage to MS CRM.
- Improved: Preview area for the template in Send Mail module that is changed from 'div' to 'iframe' approach to avoid style conflicts.
- Improved: Personalization text area and template preview area control now resize dynamically to fit new window size when resizing Send Mail window.
- Improved: General settings now clear the access token while you are saving the data.
- Improved: General settings now verify 'End Point' and 'Refresh Token' by retrieving the access token from Engage.
Improved: General setting now suggests clearing all trace records in case the "Tracing" option is unchecked and was checked before. Improved: Finalization process for Send Mail module is split into four (Create/Commit/Update/Generate image) separate steps. Wizard now creates (1) Silverpop email record first with status 'Not Sent', then commits (2) the email in Engage and updates (3) status to "Sent". Then adds the email id from Engage in case the email was committed successfully. Then process generates an image and attaches (4) it to Silverpop email in MS CRM. It is done to make it clear for the user what is happening at each stage.
