Scribe online connector is upgraded to version 1.7

In the 1.7 release of the Scribe Online Connector, we've streamlined our error handling logic so you can spend less time worrying about errors, and more time doing what's important.

In older versions, if a single record failed with a fatal error during the sync process, the whole sync would fail. In 1.7, we have enhanced the logic to allow multiple records to fail, but the sync to continue so that all error free records are still synced.

With this fix, the connection retries the call three times, and only in case of three consecutive connection failures, the error message is displayed.

• The Scribe connection failure displays the following error message The Request was aborted: Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel.

  With this fix, the connection retries the call three times, and only in case of three consecutive connection failures, the error message is displayed.

• The scribe connector displays the following error message This field is required Parameter name: REPORT_ID when the users try to sync email statistics. This is because the connector does not have access to the exact date and time of the report. To resolve the issue, the connector estimates a date range wide enough to retrieve the proper report information.

If the SMS phone number field has an error, then the application flags the record as a fatal error and stops the synchronization. To resolve the issue, the severity of the error is reduced and the error fails only the record and not the entire process.

1. Calls made to the GetemailReportId API throws the following error if the date format does not match MM/DD/YYYY.

   Error: Cannot convert 'DATE_START' param.

   To resolve the issue, changes are made to the Scribe Online connector to convert the date format to MM/DD/YYYY format before making calls to the GetemailReportId API.
2. Some of the non-English characters in Acoustic Campaign are not accepted by the Scribe connector. To resolve the issue, the list of characters in the Scribe connector is expanded to match with Acoustic Campaign.
   Note: Scribe does not display the characters in the user interface. However, the name would be saved accurately and the synchronization works as expected.
