Marketers can send one-way SMS messages employing an SMPP service. This functionality is only available when accessing the new Acoustic Campaign experience.

If your organization is enabled for SMPP, you will not have access to the SMS Campaign Manager. Instead, you will use Acoustic Campaign GUI for the management of Text to Join programs.
