Experience Analytics provides several mechanisms for monitoring the health of your Experience Analytics system and Experience Analytics user activities.
Portal reporting for administrators
Through the Portal, Experience Analytics administrators can access information about the current and historical performance of their Experience Analytics CX system as a whole, as well as individual components. Information includes a variety of reports, statistical information generated by the system, and logs for each Experience Analytics component.
The following Portal reporting features provide critical information to Experience Analytics administrators who maintain the system or diagnose issues.
- System Status: These reports provide data on current activities in the Windows™ pipeline, Short Term Canister, Long Term Canister, and storage devices.
- System Statistics: Experience Analytics CX can generate statistical hits on the DecoupleEx session agent, CX Passive Capture Application, and Canisters, which can be reviewed through the Portal.
- Tealeaf Status Report: The Status Report can be generated to provide detailed information on the status of all Experience Analytics components.
- Portal Application Information Report: Available through the Portal menu, this report provides status information and a set of functional tests for the Portal application. Depending on whether you are a Experience Analytics user or administrator, the report delivers different content.
