Before you configure CX Mobile, you must install all Experience Analytics software on Windows™ or Linux™ servers.
CX Mobile uses features from cxImpact. Before you configure CX Mobile, you must first complete the initial configuration steps for cxImpact.
For CX RTV users, the CX Mobile license must be deployed to the application from one of the hosting Experience Analytics servers to enable proper replay of mobile web sessions.
To replay Mobile Web sessions, you must install or upgrade to the latest version of CX UI Capture for AJAX. Replay of sessions that are captured from native applications has a different set of requirements.
