You can configure your cxReveal search templates to include any of the five session attributes that you configured to be searchable.
If you configured cxReveal to include Canister data to be searchable in the database, you can include Canister session attributes as search fields in your cxReveal search templates.
As needed, you can make changes to the cxReveal templates to use different fields.
Creating search templates
You can create cxReveal search templates from scratch. When you create a
search template, you must select cxReveal for the template type.
Note: You can only add fields to search templates of cxReveal type that are
session attributes configured to be searchable and
trackable.
Editing search templates
You can add or remove fields to your cxReveal search templates like any other search template.
Note: When you add a cxReveal search field to a search template, you should
verify that it is specified with a valid session attribute that is collecting data. Open the search
field definition to verify that the session attribute is not listed as
Unknown
Attribute. Such search fields can be added to a search, yet they return zero sessions every
time. Each cxReveal search field should be verified independent of other
cxReveal search fields.
