Before you configure CX RTV, you must determine the roles of individual Experience Analytics users. Any Experience Analytics user with basic Portal access can also use the CX RTV application.
RTV roles can be broken into the following categories.
|CX RTV administrator||Responsible for managing replay rules and global profiles. Can overlap with the Experience Analytics application administrator. CX RTV administrators can be required to configure replay rules to achieve high-fidelity replay of the monitored web application in RTV.|
|CX RTV user||Individual Experience Analytics user who must use the CX RTV application to search for session data, replay selected sessions, and act on their findings.|
|CX RTV user who edits events||Experience Analytics user or administrator who is responsible for creating and maintaining the event definitions that are used in the Experience Analytics system.|
Accounts assigned to CX RTV users cannot have their Default Replay Mode set to BBR at either the group or individual user level. It must be set to either RTV or Prompt on Replay.
