After cxImpact is initially installed, a default profile must be created and stored on the server.
To acquire the default CX RTV user profile, complete the following steps.
- Run RTV.
- In the RTV menu, select Tools > Options.
- Click the Profiles tab.
At the top of the panel, you will see the following message:
You are using the default built-in profile.
- Under the Default Profile, enter the server from which to acquire the default profile. Click Check for Updates Now.
After you set up the default user profile, you can test search and replay of sessions. Before you
save your profile to the server, you can save a local copy and test it against sessions that are
