Before you start and verify that the Passive Capture Application server is working, verify that Acoustic Tealeaf CX Passive Capture Application is installed correctly.

1. Start the Acoustic Tealeaf CX Passive Capture Application.
   1. Open the Passive Capture Web Console by going to http://www.pca_host_ip.com:8080/.
   2. Click Console tab.
   3. Click Start to start the Acoustic Tealeaf CX Passive Capture Application server and to begin sending hits to the Acoustic Tealeaf appliance.
2. Verify the Acoustic Tealeaf CX Passive Capture Application is handling traffic.
   1. Click the Summary tab.
   2. Scroll and check Filtered traffic.
   3. Verify that kbytes/sec is greater than zero.
