Upgrading cxConnect for Data Analysis

After you have upgraded Acoustic™ Experience Analytics (Tealeaf) core components and databases, you can upgrade Experience Analytics cxConnect for Data Analysis.

If you are upgrading cxConnect for Data Analysis from Version 9.0.2 or later, run the Experience Analytics CX Upgrade provided with the software distribution on the server that hosts cxConnect for Data Analysis.

  1. Stop services on the server.
  2. Run the Experience Analytics Upgrader.
  3. When the Upgrader finishes, restart the server.
