If you are upgrading Acoustic Tealeaf cxVerify from Release 9.0.2 or later, run the Tealeaf CX Upgrader provided with the software installation on the server that hosts cxVerify.

1. Stop services on the server.
2. Run the Tealeaf Upgrader.
3. When the Upgrader finishes, restart the server.
