Infobip offers four types of reports - Detailed reports, communication reports, performance reports, and financial reports.

Log in

You must have your account credentials as provided by Acoustic's provisioning team to log in to the Infobip portal.

Use the following URL to log in to Infobip: https://portal.infobip.com/login/.

On successful logins, you are directed to the Analyze dashboard, which is the homepage of Infobip portal.

Create different performance reports while using Infobip

You can select different metrics while creating a performance report in Infobip. Different reports are generated based on the metrics you select.

Following metrics are available to choose while creating a performance report:

• Delivery Rate by Country
• Traffic by Country
• Delivery Rate by Account
• Traffic by Account
• Delivery Rate by Network
• Traffic by Network
• Delivery Rate by Channel
• Traffic by Channel
• Delivery Rate by Communication
• Traffic by Days

Search for logs on the Infobip portal

You can view logs for a pre-set time duration on the Infobip portal in Logs under Analyze.

You can use various filters, such as date range, status, accounts, users, channels, to, from, communication, and Message ID from the left pane. If you type a keyword, only those logs containing that keyword are displayed.
