Extended Duplicate Canister Server Detection |
When enabled, the Portal checks to verify that any changes to a Canister Server definition in the Portal do not result in a conflict with another Canister Server's host name, IP address, or full qualified domain name. Duplicate Canister Server references can cause data extraction problems. Note: The above setting is enabled by default. It should be disabled only in environments where network infrastructure makes DNS queries complete very slowly. If this setting is disabled, then you should manually verify that there are no duplicate Canister Servers in the system.
