Resetting Experience Analytics system service stop times

The length of time Acoustic™ Experience Analytics (Tealeaf) waits for services to stop after notifying the service that the system is shutting down is set automatically by the Experience Analytics CX installer program.

The default value is 600,000 milliseconds (10 minutes).

You can reset the time that Experience Analytics waits for services to stop after notifying the service that the system is shutting down by editing the registry entry HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SYSTEM > CurrentControlSet > Control WaitToKillServiceTimeout.
