- Go to https://support.goacoustic.com and log in to your account with your Acoustic ID.
- On the home page, you'll see a list of open cases, announcements in the support group, and the option to create a support case.
- To create a new case, click New Support Case.
- On the first step of the Support Case wizard, select the product you need help with from the drop-down menu.
- Optionally, you can leverage the Problem Type help menu to select the correct product.
- Optionally, you can leverage the Problem Type help menu to select the correct product.
- You must complete the following fields:
- Problem Type
- Problem Description
- Business Impact
- Severity
- After each field is complete, click Next.
- Additional required fields may appear on the following case entry step, depending on the product or problem type entered.

Experience Analytics - Complete any additional fields, and click Next to submit the case.
- Super! You successfully submitted a case to Acoustic Support.
