Our support portal is an additional resource where you can submit cases for technical support related to our products. You can also submit cases for product provisioning and managed services.
Here's how to get access to the support portal:
- Activate your Acoustic ID. If you don’t have one, self-register and activate your account through the verification email sent to your inbox.
- Have the name and email address of your Customer Success Manager or Director available.
- Submit the Support Portal Access Request Form.
- After your request has been verified and approved, you'll receive an email confirmation from Acoustic.
