Acoustic is delivering enhancements to help marketers focus on value-added tasks, deliver ideal experiences, and bring campaigns and content to market faster. As part of this effort, Acoustic is providing a streamlined user experience across products, including updated branding, improved navigation, and a modern design.
These branding updates include changes to product URLs, affecting how users access and integrate with Acoustic products.
Updated: What is happening?
Beginning in April 2020, Acoustic has transferred URLs for all products to Acoustic-branded domains. This transfer includes domains for user interfaces, as well as domains for API integrations, SFTP connections, and software SDKs.
These changes primarily affect IBM-branded domains, such as customer-engagement.ibm.com and ibmmarketingcloud.com. Full details are included below.
Warning: As of April 1, 2022, the original Campaign mobile push baseURLs used by our SDK will be retired.
Any app install that has not been updated before April 1, 2022, will no longer be able to communicate with the Campaign service. However, push notifications will continue to function. This effectively means you will be able to send notifications, but device events will no longer be reported by the device (sessions, attributes, etc.).

What do I need to do?
The majority of users do not need to take action at this time. Updated user login URLs will be communicated to all users for each product in advance of each product's transition.
Customers and partners who have implemented API integrations, automations via (S)FTP, or who have embedded Acoustic product SDKs within their applications will need to:
- Identify any Acoustic product "Original URLs" contained in the Inventory of URL Changes (below) used in web tracking or conversion tracking codes, API or (S)FTP integrations, as well as an inventory of any referenced Acoustic product SDKs.
- For each identified "Original URL," implement changes within the integrated processes or applications beginning on or after the "New URL First Availability Date" to point to the "New URL" no later than the "Original URL End-of-Life" date.*
- *If a URL is marked as "Continuing availability through 2021," this indicates that there is no currently-scheduled end-of-life date for that URL. We encourage that customers and partners adopt the New URL as soon as possible, but there is not a specified deadline.
- As we deliver planned enhancements to The Acoustic Marketing Platform to bring you greater reliability and performance, we will no longer support IP range whitelisting. If your organization has whitelisted Acoustic IP addresses, please whitelist the new URL host name listed below, as IP ranges may change after the Original URL end of life period. Please see the Help Center for additional instructions.

The URL for the Campaign API on Pod6 is not correct. The URL text is correct (http://api-campaign-eu-1.goacoustic.com/), however when someone copies the link destination it is incorrect (http://api-campaign-ca-1.goacoustic.com/).

Is it correct, that the "action" URL in a <form> for landing pages (Opt In/Opt Out) won't change? I couldn't find anything on here and it also doesn't have "IBM" in it.
Hi Fabienne Schnyder! To be safe, any reference to the URLs on this page should be updated. If the form action doesn’t reference one of those URLs (and, particularly, if it’s not referencing an IBM-branded domain), you should be fine.

Kristina, it would be helpful to explicitly state, on this page, that landing page & web form URLs will not be changing. This is really important so that those of us who manage those sites know that we don't have to implement URL changes on the hundreds/thousands of web pages that might point to our Acoustic landings pages and web forms.
