Configuration can be challenging for new users. But don’t worry - at Acoustic we’ve got you covered!
Upon logging into a newly provisioned Journey Analytics, admin users have to go through a configuration process. Here, we'll guide you along the way.
Note: You need to have admin permissions to access this functionality.
Provide your Experience Analytics authorization key
For now, you'll need an Experience Analytics Organisation key to get through the process - you can get the key by logging in directly to Experience Analytics as an admin or requesting help from Experience Analytics support.
Configure your Digital Analytics client IDs
Digital Analytics admins must link their Legacy login to the Acoustic ID to move forward. You can choose No and set the Digital Analytics endpoint up later using Settings > Administration.
Request an Exchange authorization key
In order to get the Exchange Authorization key, you need to contact Support. Read here to find out how to open a support ticket.
Finally, you can review the provided data to make sure that everything is correct and set up your environment by hitting Configure.
