During a fully down scheduled maintenance, you can expect the following behavior from Tealeaf.
Scheduled maintenance times help us improve your user experience. We use this time to implement security patches so that your security is always at its best, we update your cloud environment with new features, and we fix any bugs that have been reported to us. You will receive emails in advance of the scheduled downtime so that you're able to plan accordingly. We'll also remind you when you log in that there will be a period where we're performing maintenance, just so you remember.
During this time:
- You will not be able to log in during the maintenance window.
- Events that you've set up will continue to run and come into Tealeaf.
- Replay will continue to record sessions and those can be viewed after the maintenance is complete.
