You can design your own custom dashboard with the reports, KPIs, and visualizations that allow you to quickly and easily check on your site’s performance and gather valuable insights.
To begin, click the “+” icon and select “create dashboard”. Provide a name and assign it to a folder (choose an existing or create a new one). This information will be required to save your dashboard.
You can then add the following widgets to your custom dashboard:
KPI (Top Line Metrics)
You can show the metric name and value or choose a visualization: trend, cumulative trend, or heat map. Heat map requires to select a 1, 4, 8, or 12-week average, with the option to select the ending week.
Select from a variety of standard reports, including flat list, hierarchy, and funnel reports, then select the metrics you would like to see in the widget. You can also choose which metric you’d like to sort the report by. You can display up to 100 rows in the report – for deeper analysis, we recommend using the reporting capabilities outside of dashboards. Visualization options include table, bar, pie, and donut. When selecting a funnel report, you have the option to visualize the table or the funnel. You also have the option to apply a date comparison by selecting the “compare” checkbox.
Add notes to a dashboard (up to 300 characters).
You can adjust dates for each widget individually.
Once you save the dashboard, you can share and copy the dashboards you've created. You can also download or email the dashboards in excel.
Once you’ve created the dashboard, you can customize and save your changes at any time by using the customize icon at the top of the dashboard.
