This report shows what search terms on your site are giving zero results.
You can use this report to determine whether your search engine is working correctly and what kinds of terms your customers are expecting to find on your site. From this report, you can change your search engine to ensure that your customers are finding results. You can also identify what you want your customers to find with these search terms and tag your pages. You can add content or products to meet their needs.
Key performance indicators
- Online: Sales
- Total sales of purchased items for orders completed via online channels.
- Orders / Session
- The average number of orders per session: Orders divided by Sessions.
- The total number of sessions. A session is defined by a sequence of records collected by a common session cookie with no more than 30 minutes (default) of inactivity between collected records.
