- To create a new case, click Submit a request.
- Select the Product for which you want to open a case on the form.
- Complete the required fields. The fields will vary based on the product selected. Provide as much information as possible, including screenshots and attachments, to ensure Acoustic Support agents have sufficient information to diagnose the issue.

- After all fields are complete, click Submit.
