- Go to https://help.goacoustic.com and log in to your account with your Acoustic ID.
- Click your name on the header and select Requests to view a list of all your cases.
- Support cases are filtered by product. Select the product area relevant to your specific case.
- Select the case you are interested in. Click Add to conversation to update the case.
- Enter your comments. You may also insert any images or screenshots directly into the comment. Alternatively, you can attach a file up to 50 MB by selecting Add File. When done, click Submit.
- To close a case, click on Mark as solved.
