Every image, video, PDF, or any other type of file you upload as an asset is stored in your content library. You can upload assets directly to your library or to elements when you’re creating content.
Upload assets
Click Content > Content Library > Upload assets. Click Upload assets and select the library where you want to store your asset. You can also upload assets from within a library.
When you upload an asset, Acoustic AI analyzes the assets. AI then suggests tags that best describe your asset. You can accept or delete these tags, plus add your tags.
Click Edit details to add usage right, category, and a usage expiration date and click Save.
Manage assets
Click on the asset to see the details of the asset, such as name, size, tags. The maximum file size for a single file of any type of acceptable file type is 100 MB. The total size for all assets is 1 GB.
Delete assets
When you delete assets they are removed only from the content library and not from existing emails, templates, and already sent mailings.

Search for assets
The search bar is the simplest way to find content items and assets. When you type in a word or phrase, any content items or assets related to your search are displayed. Search is a great way to find content items or assets quickly. For a more controlled experience, you can use the filter feature as well.
The simplest filter option you can choose is to view just assets or just content items. Applying filters is the first step when searching for the asset or content you want to edit. Apply extra filters to a list by clicking Filter. The available filters will change as you apply different filters or search terms. You can narrow down your search even further.
