We are continually working to improve your user experience and deliver new features. Here are the known issues we're working on right now.
July 2023
Global stop keywords
If an end user sends the global stop keyword for a global stop campaign, all sessions (SMS double opt-in campaigns) that the end user is in will end. They will not remain in session after they send the global stop keyword for SMS. If you want receipt of a global stop keyword to immediately remove customers from all sessions, then you need to edit your global stop campaign after this July 31, 2023. You could disable it, save it, and then immediately re-enable it. You can also modify the message. Any change that causes the campaign to be saved/updated re-registers it with the new code.

Dynamic content rule set operators
When using a date or timestamp profile field in a composer for email dynamic content rule, using the operators “is blank” or “is not blank” will result in an error. This issue will be resolved in an upcoming release. However, you can create a query with this criteria and use the query logic as an immediate workaround.

Local prefixes not populated
Some organizations may not see the list of email prefixes prepopulated with following prefixes:
abuse
administrator
info
webmaster
postmaster
support
You can manually add the above listed prefixes.
- Go to Settings > Administration > Email blocking.
- Select the Local prefix tab and then click Add.
- Add the prefix. You can also provide a reason, but it is not required.
- Click Synchronize with system.
Note: This setting is locked by default. Contact Support to have it unlocked.
Note: Local system prefixes are not added to the Campaign database.
