If you are not receiving one-time verification codes or authentication emails from Acoustic when logging in with multi-factor authentication, the issue is most commonly related to email delivery or domain whitelisting.
Step 1: Check your spam and junk folders
Check your Spam, Quarantine, or Junk folders. Changes to mail filtering rules can cause Acoustic emails to be flagged. If you find the emails there, work with your IT team to whitelist Acoustic's sending domains.
Step 2: Whitelist Acoustic domains
Ask your IT team to whitelist the following domains to ensure reliable delivery of Acoustic authentication and notification emails:
acoustic.comacoustic.coclientnotifications.acoustic.cominfo.acoustic.com
Step 3: Check for recent security or network changes
Email delivery issues often occur after changes to firewall, security, or network configurations. If your organization has recently made such changes, contact your IT team and reference the domains listed above for whitelisting.
Still not receiving emails?
If emails are still not being received after whitelisting:
- Try unlinking and re-linking your Acoustic ID
- Contact Acoustic Support for further investigation — the issue may be related to your account status or email configuration
