What causes this

Timezone configuration mismatch: Acoustic Campaign uses timezone settings from your user profile, organization configuration, and browser environment to determine scheduling times. When these settings are misaligned, the interface may display an incorrect default time.

Daylight Saving Time transitions: If your region recently changed to or from daylight saving time and configurations haven't updated accordingly, times may appear off by one hour.

System clock or browser timezone conflict: If your computer's timezone or system clock is incorrectly configured, this can affect the time displayed in the scheduling interface.

How to fix it

Step 1: Verify your user profile timezone

Navigate to Settings > User Profile and confirm that your timezone matches your geographic location and current daylight saving time status.

Step 2: Check your organization's timezone configuration

Work with your organization administrator to confirm the default timezone is correctly configured. Organization-level settings can override individual user preferences.

Step 3: Confirm your system clock and timezone

Ensure your operating system timezone is correct and that automatic time synchronization is enabled.

Step 4: Test campaign scheduling behavior
