How to fix it
Step 1: Check Acoustic system status
Visit the Acoustic Service Status page to confirm platform availability. Review any active incidents or scheduled maintenance that may be affecting landing pages or hosting services.
Step 2: Clear browser cache and cookies
Cached data can interfere with page loading. Clear your browser's cache and cookies, restart the browser, and reload the landing page. This resolves most browser-related loading issues.
Step 3: Test a different browser or device
Try opening the landing page using:
- A different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari)
- Incognito or private browsing mode
- Another device or network
If the page loads in a different browser or device, the issue is likely local to your browser or machine.
Step 4: Verify POD availability
If you know your POD number, confirm that your specific POD is operational. Transient issues occasionally affect individual PODs before resolving automatically.
Step 5: Wait and retry
Temporary platform or network issues typically resolve within 15–30 minutes. Wait briefly and attempt to access the landing page again before escalating.
