In the Omnichannel dashboard, you will see all user experiences to measure performance and engagement across all your channels. You can drill down to a channel dashboard and campaign from a table view, passing the filters along to the channel dashboard.
To access the Omnichannel dashboard, click on the folder icon in the upper right corner:
Then choose the Shared folder and then Insights.
Clicking on the folder icon again will hide the folders' sidebar.
You can change the date range for your Omnichannel dashboard by clicking on the Message date button. You'll see a variety of preset dates as well as an option to create your custom date range.
|Engagements (clicks)||A total number of clicks, by all customers.|
|Delivered||A sum of emails and SMS delivered (minus messages bounced).|
|Messages opened||A total number of times the customer displays an email. Does not include SMS, only the sum of email and mobile.|
|Experiences sent||A total number of messages sent.|
Below the filters section, you'll see the tiles for four key channel performance data as well as other KPI's:
- Experiences sent by channel trend
- Engagement clicks
- Metrics by day and hour
- Channel metrics
In the upper right corner of each tile, you will see three icons:
The bell icon lets you set alerts. Click on the icon, set your conditions, and enter your email address. Don’t forget to save your alert.
Alerts are a handy tool when you don’t have much time to check your metrics daily but want to ensure you don’t miss any unexpected peaks or dips in your stats.
The three dots icon lets you explore the data further. You can also download the report and clear the cache for the most accurate results.
