Symptom: Logging into Tealeaf the first time a user may see the following message. "We could not find an account for the login credentials you entered. Re-enter your credentials and try again. If you are still unable to login, contact your administrator."
Meaning: This message occurs when an email is associated with a valid Acoustic ID but the email has not been specifically granted User or Administrator rights in a Tealeaf Organization.
Solution: If you know your organization's administrator(s), ask them to add you via app.goacoustic.com. If you are unsure of your organization's administrator(s) please visit support.goacoustic.com and create a support case. Our support team can direct you to your administrator.
