New, Powerful Journey Orchestration: We’re excited to begin rolling out our new Journey Orchestration experience. With these capabilities, you will be able to automate perfectly timed, personalized, channel-agnostic journeys with a simple drag-and-drop canvas. With this reimagining of Journeys, you can now create conversational and event-triggered customer journeys to respond to customer signals in the moment, at scale, personalizing their experiences like never before. Customers who choose to advance to Acoustic Connect will be able to leverage even more advanced customer signals, including behavioral data, such as journey triggers.

Accelerate Content and Creative with AI: Tap into powerful AI to accelerate your creative process and generate compelling narratives. Simply add your marketing brief, select a tone of voice, and our platform will provide suggested copy for subject lines, body copy, CTA buttons, and more.

Easy Access to All Things Acoustic: Our login page has been redesigned with you in mind. We've made it easier than ever to navigate with quick links to Academy, Community, and Help right at your fingertips. This lets you conveniently access product information, educational content, and events, all designed to refine and enhance your marketing skills.
