Introduction

Insights showcases a selection of dashboards and reports that provide visibility into your customer data from various perspectives. In this course, we will cover the purpose, capabilities, and everything else you need to know to get started with Insights in Acoustic Connect.  

Course objectives

After completing this course, you will be able to:

• locate and navigate the Insights reporting interface
• understand roles and permission levels in Insights 
• understand all available areas and capabilities within Insights
• distribute dashboard data to your organization if needed
• set alerts and filters in line with your business goals 

Course agenda

During this course, you will learn about:

• structure and layout of Insights dashboards
• roles and permissions 
• general dashboard features and capabilities, such as:
• filtering, sharing and downloading data
• setting up alerts
• actions menu and
• folder navigation
