Microsoft BI Integration

Hi all!

I'm a long time Campaign user but have rarely been involved with UBX at a detailed level.

I have a client asking whether or not there's a direct/native integration with Microsoft.

If not, how can I do this?

  Hello Javier, 

  Thank you for your inquiry. At the moment, we do not have a Microsoft BI integration but it is under consideration for 2H 2020 as an Acoustic Exchange integration. In the meantime, we do have a Microsoft Azure and an sftp event consumer endpoint that may help your use case. Any input you can share about your BI use case will help us prioritize our integration work. Please submit the integration request at https://ideas.goacoustic.com/  and include the following details:
  
  

  • Overview of the use case
  • Type of data required (e.g. events, audiences, both, formats, etc.)
  • BI as an event publisher/consumer, audience publisher/consumer, etc.
  • Latency of the data (e.g. how quickly is data needed in BI or elsewhere)

  How would this process work in order for my client to have a fluid integration between Acoustic and BI (I'm sorry, I'm not familiar with Azure and its functioanlities)
