Log in with Acoustic ID on Digital Analytics

Acoustic ID is a unified credential that streamlines your access to Digital Analytics and all other Acoustic products, including the Help Center, Support, Learning Academy and other services. Our goal is to give you a seamless identity that’s both secure and efficient.

On September 25th, Acoustic ID replaced IBMid.

All Digital Analytics users with an IBMid already have an Acoustic ID created with the same username, though you must activate your Acoustic ID from the "Welcome to Acoustic" email.

Upon logging in with your Acoustic ID for the first time, you will link the Acoustic ID to your Digital Analytics credentials (client ID, username, and password). 

Users will still be able to log in with their Digital Analytics credentials through the end of the year, but it's recommended you begin logging in with your Acoustic ID today.

I manage access for my team - what if my team has new users, or if I need to check the status of existing users? 

Admins will continue to manage their Digital Analytics users from Acoustic Analytics user management in Journey Analytics. When adding a new user, an email will be sent with Digital Analytics credentials. If the user would like to log in with an Acoustic ID, they can set one up using the instructions here. When logging in with their Acoustic ID for the first time, they will link the Acoustic ID with their DA credentials.
