We know what a pain it can be to keep your content consistent and easily manageable across various channels. That’s why we’ve built Content to now seamlessly integrate with message composer. You were already able to access Content assets via the palette in Campaign and Personalization, and now you can also use them from message composer. No more having to manage your content across products separately – create your content just once, and then easily reuse it in message composer, Campaign, Personalization or any other channel via Content.
Ensure brand consistency with our new native integration with Campaign’s content library (beta)
If you use message composer with Campaign you can now connect your Campaign content library (beta) to Content’s. This means that any content you use in message composer will now be accessible from the Content library and vice versa. Instead of recreating your banner for email, mobile push, and web, create you content once, upload your asset in a public library in Content and it is automatically available for reuse in your Campaign content library.
Any asset uploaded via the email composer palette or content library will similarly be available for reuse in Content where you can then easily utilize in any of your channels via API. With Content’s new connected library with Campaign you can be sure that your customers are targeted with a consistent message and experience across channels while reducing the time your teams spend recreating content in silos.
