Survey Connector to Alchemer - capturing quiz Scores in Campaign
Hi,
We are building a quiz in Alchemer to measure digital maturity based on a series of questions. Each answer has a point value and Alchemer calculates the score using a survey action at the end of each group of questions.
The challenge we're facing is in passing the score back into the contact profile in Acoustic. There doesn't appear to be a way of capturing the data through the connector. Is there something we've missed.
I addition, I find it's a little strange to capture answers in a database field. If you have many surveys with many answers, you would burn through the number of available fields after a year or so.
Sorry for all these questions, but the documentation we've found is a little on the light side, rather basic. Perhaps there's a more in-depth documentation available?
Warm regards,
-
Hi Mark
In Campaign you have two options to view survey responses - in the database at the field level. Or in a relational table. Along with viewing the responses in Alchemer. Here's a link that will take you to the ways to view survey responses. https://help.goacoustic.com/hc/en-us/articles/360042483854-Monitor-and-view-survey-responses#a2
If choosing the database fields, you'll need to map your survey questions https://help.goacoustic.com/hc/en-us/articles/360042484174-Mapping-survey-questions-to-Acoustic-Campaign-database-fields
If using a relational table for survey responses you'll need to enable this option during the mapping process.
I hope this helps.
