    Hi Stuart,

If you are utilizing Performance Insights for reporting metrics, there is currently no contact level data included. This is a roadmap item and will likely be implemented in 2021.

However, contact level data is available in not only the single mailing report, but also any of the reports in the report center. All current reporting on Contacts is based on the message. So you will need to view data on a message level and view/export all email addresses associated to it + a metric.

    For a Single Mailing report:

    1. Click an email you are interested in viewing contacts for
    2. In the upper right hand corner select “Export Tracking Data”
    3. Select a date range
    4. Select the metrics you want to track contacts for
    5. Select Field names you would like to associate to the metrics (email address etc.)
    6. Export Results
    7. Go to Data Jobs to view the file, once it had been run

If that individual clicked on any links:

    1. Within the Query Builder, you will need to utlize the “has clicked any link” rule
    2. You can also apply a specific email to that rule

What page that individual was directed to:

    1. I need more details here. Are we talking about verifying where the link sent them?

    If that individual opted-out:

    1. Single mailing report or Reports Center has this capability

If that email address resulted in a hard or soft bounce:

    1. All current reporting on Contacts is based on the message. So you will need to view data on a message level and view/export all email addresses associated to it + a metric.

    Thanks,

    Maddy
