eLearning Course: Acoustic Campaign - External Content Retrieval

The course will help you understand what External Content Retrieval is, you will also get familiar with External Content Retrieval Terminology and understand how to use it. This course demonstrates how to insert external content into a mailing via FTP or a remote URL.

This course is dedicated to:

Every new user (as a person, not a company) getting access to an Acoustic product (immediately after account creation/provisioning)

The course might be specific to the user role (e.g. regular user, campaign analyst, etc.) in the product.

After completing this learning, the user:

• understands what External Content Retrieval is
• understands their role and knows other roles engaged with the product
• feels comfortable and understands the purposes of key User Interface elements and areas
• knows the basics terms and concepts related to External Content Retrieval
• can perform basic tasks and scenarios (get some results)
