How are we complying with Russia Sanctions?

On 12 June 2024 over 300 new sanctions were issued by the US departments of Treasury and State related to Russia.  These include the Office of Foreign Assets Control’s Determination Pursuant to Section 1(a)(ii) of Executive Order 14071 which, from 14 September 2024, prohibits the supply of certain cloud-based services from the United States, or by a United States person, to any person located in Russia.

Customers are required to use the services in compliance with law, including these sanctions.  To protect customers and Acoustic, we have therefore blocked access to the Acoustic services from IP addresses originating in Russia.
