I'm trying to create a query within Acoustic and it will not save. I have tried several browsers to ensure it isn't on my end.
I decided to contact Acoustic support but the support links all lead to an Error 404 page.

Can you go to https://help.goacoustic.com/hc/en-us and navigate to lower left hand side, and click on “open a support case or chat.

I have already tried that and ended up on the error 404 page rather than being directed to the support page.

I called a number provided by our account rep and a ticket has been opened for me.
