Remove PII and include dynamic conetnt id in RawRecipientDataExport and Bulk Event Export

Hello, 

I am currently working on an integration and part of it is to share recipient level data with external platforms. I am thinking of using RawRecipientDataExport or Bulk Event Export but both of them include the email address which is PII. How could I either hash or exclude the email address from these exports?

Also, in order to create reports per ruleset or dynamic content i need to have in these exports an id or column that will show me what dynamic content each recipient received. Is it a way to do it?
